CZ-USA Expands Customer Service Hours to 12 Hours Daily

Kansas City, KS – July 21, 2025 – Beginning this week, CZ-USA is expanding its customer service hours to 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, making it the longest dedicated weekday support schedule of any major U.S. firearms manufacturer.

This move extends CZ-USA’s service window to a full 12 hours each weekday, ensuring faster response times and broader availability for customers across all U.S. time zones. The expansion reflects CZ-USA’s ongoing commitment to industry-leading customer support.
