Vadasz Wins NRA Police Championship

Robert Vadasz, a Border Patrol agent from Florida, notched his third grand championship at NRA’s 2011 National Police Shooting Championships in Albuquerque, NM.

Vadasz posted an aggregate score of 6147-413X for the victory. The grand championship is the combined scores The Grand Champion is determined by combining scores from the Open Class Revolver 1500, the Open Class Semi-Automatic 1500, the Service Revolver, the Stock Semi-Automatic, the Off-Duty, both Distinguished firearm and the Shotgun Matches at NPSC.

Vadasz was tied with fellow Border Patrol agent Enoch Smith going into the final day of competition and wound up winning on Xs. In the end, Vadasz tallied 33 Xs more than Enoch for the title.
